Community sports and leadership programmes that connect Rotarians and communities across borders.
Our vision
To create a world united by sport, strengthened by fellowship, and transformed by service.
Our mission
To bring together Rotarians and non-Rotarians through sport, build leaders through fellowship, and change lives through service.
Statement of purpose
An official Rotary Fellowship.
The purpose of this Fellowship is to unite a global community of Rotary members and sports enthusiasts to foster leadership development and social change through sports engagement. Our story
The field is the ultimate classroom.
Founded by Rtn Ssegonga Muhmed, our Founder, Chair and Champion General, the fellowship treats the sports field as a place where the values needed to lead a community are forged in real time.
By learning to respect opponents, accept referee decisions and lift up struggling teammates, young people absorb the core tenets of ethical leadership. We don't just train athletes to win trophies; we mentor them to become disciplined, empathetic change-makers.
